Objectives

This workshop seminar is the first in a series designed to help existing delegates to clarify their roles and understanding as to the immediate tasks and customer relationships, contractor management and work practices and the development of the long term plan to maintain the asset over its design life.

At the seminar as the example of the processes involved, we also review the Health and Safety aspects and systems related to a typical condominium.

Mandatory checks and the extent required to ensure compliance with regulations are discussed in forum.
