Engr. Excel Anfone Mantilla

Engr Mantilla worked as an HSE Consultant for Energy Development Corporation, writing and facilitating implementation of safety programs at the rig sites, acts as resource person for safety trainings and lead safety meetings.

He conducted safety audits and inspection and defines recommendations based on the findings.

He was the EHS Manager of World Safety Organization (WSO), he drives and guides Safety Engineers and other Staff in resolving Safety & Environmental issues and ensures all initiatives by the Safety Engineers are all aligned to the Safety Environment Plan including the competency development of engineers and staff.

Manages the hazards list, and sees to it that all programs and efforts to eliminate or reduce the hazards are progressing as planned

Excel used to work with INTEL Corporation as Safety Program Manager, he planned and managed safety programs or projects to meet the companies specific objectives or goals.

He has worked on problems/tasks in the delivery of a specific safety program. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the program project schedule. He assessed risk and identified issues. Monitored progress against schedule.

As a program manager, he planned and scheduled work activity to meet deadlines established by the team to ensure timely completion. Used judgement in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.
