Objectives

  • Aim to be cultural and regional sensitive when writing communication to other businesses and to clients
  • Be able to articulate correctly and properly language which is appropriate to clients
  • Adjust current communication skills and knowledge to a more neutral tone and adjust for cultural peculiarities
  • Learn gestures and mannerisms which are best representative of the Philippines and avoid negative gestures.
