Course Synopsis:

This course aims to enhance the knowledge of professionals to the process of record keeping, archiving, tracing paper trails and managing documents within the company.

The process of documents and an analysis of the documents flow will be discussed. Possible documents management implementation in their companies will be studied as well as identifying issues in people or systems.

Objectives of the Course:

  • Understand the flow of documents in companies and how the process can be managed.
  • Identify the roles and responsibilities of Individuals and the Company in managing documentation.
  • Understand the reasons for standardizing documents and complying with ISO requirements.
  • Define the current paper process of the company and determine the feasibility of transferring the documentation to online resources.
  • Maximize the software solutions available for managing documents.
  • Determine the possibility of the company going paperless.
  • Assist in identifying the issues with current paper management systems, and provide possible solutions.
