Objectives

Halal food is now gaining momentous and emerging in every corner of the world and chefs with knowledge on Halal Cookery is becoming very in demand today.

Here’s a whole-day course which aims to further equip participants with noteworthy details and useful Halal Standard and Guidelines-allowing them to effectively comply preferences of the clients/customers specifically understanding the terms used in Halal Production. Participants will receive certificates of attendance.
